I appreciated the room. it was a lovely big room with a great shower and a nice balcony. breakfast was great. It included fresh brewed coffee. the gym is well equipped.

The music channel on tv was not audible. The sound quality was poor. the beach gate was locked at 11pm so there was no access back from beach bars. i went to visit the hard rock cafe as a highlight of my stay but was not informed of a private event.

The arrival process was seamless. The front desk staff handled luggage efficiently. Service standards are maintained even during busy times. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast at Starz Restaurant includes a good variety of local and international dishes. I enjoyed the live stations with fresh roti canai and noodle soup. Chef Izudin shared a tip about salted butter in croissants, it was delicious.

The room was spacious. It included a desk and an armchair. I was happy with the provided balcony. The pool had slides for children. Animations were available.

The gym was sometimes crowded. It was hard to find an available treadmill.
